We operate in the Poconos, Lehigh Valley, and other cities in the NEPA region. but are always interested in other locations. Reach out and let us know where you need help, and we’ll see what we can do! We have plenty of friends in the business, so if we can’t help, we may be able to point you to someone who can!

What We Manage

We operate with a wide variety of property types. Multi-unit buildings, single family residences, condos – if you have real estate, we’ll take a look and let you know if we think it’s a good fit.

Who Should Use Us

You are our perfect client if you own an investment property and would like to earn more money, with less headaches, than you do with long-term tenants. No experience with STR? No problem – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

If you’re interested in buying property to use as STR, let us know and we can put you in contact with preferred partners in the city that understand this unique business model.

Properties We Won't Host

We only host “Entire Place” listings, which means we will not be able to assist you in managing a “Private Room” or “Shared Room”. We also don’t manage “part-time” residences, unless it’s your second home / vacation home.

How Much?

Travel Bridge charges a hosting fee of 25% of Net Rental Revenue (the rental paid by guests, excluding cleaning costs). Please see our Pricing tab for more details – we do a lot!

Monthly Charges

In addition to our hosting fee, we can arrange for, facilitate, and pay for additional external services on your behalf and will invoice you for these on a monthly basis. Minor break / fix is always included in our rate!

Examples of additional monthly charges would include major repairs, purchasing replacement items due to accumulated wear & tear, or managing utility payments. If damage is guest caused, though extremely unlikely, we will pursue a Host Guarantee claim to get the damage paid for and replaced on their dime, not yours.

Cleaning Fees

The cost of cleaning your property is charged to your guests. We set competitive cleaning fees and pay our cleaning crew a living wage. You aren’t charged a management fee on these rates and they are considered passthrough to our team, with no out of pocket costs to you.

Can I host my Airbnb on my own profile?

To ensure seamless integration with our systems and software, we kindly require all Airbnb properties to be managed through our main profile. This approach allows us to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency, offering you the best possible experience in property management.

What if I already have reservations when I sign up?

We will gladly take over and manage reservations booked through Airbnb prior to your signup. These will be treated the same way as reservations secured after signup and will also be charged the normal hosting fee.

What does my home need to get started?

The below list is a high-level minimum of key requirements. If you’re unfurnished or minimally furnished that’s not a problem, we’ll help you get the look you need! If you’re already furnished, we’ll walk you through our checklist during our property inspection to see if there’s anything missing.

  • Furnishings: Travel Bridge-Approved quality furnishings. Including but not limited to comfy couches, HDTVs, 10”+ queen (ideally king) mattresses, a stocked kitchen, and more.

  • Smart Lock: This allows us to change the codes and give guests an easy way to check in. They also don’t have to keep track of a key!

  • Lock box: This is a backup in case anything happens with the electronic lock.

  • Bedding: We require a minimum two full sets of bedding and towels.

  • Internet: We require minimum 100mbps internet in all listings we manage. We can help coordinate an install if you need it!

  • Other Essentials: We’ll help you get started with everything you need to have a successful property.

The biggest difference between Long Term and Short Term rentals – STR is the hospitality industry. STRs have to be near perfect, because perfect properties get perfect reviews, which results in higher rates and higher occupancy.

Communication is critical, and we have this mastered. We have automated keyless check in, automated check-in instructions, “follow up” communications, “check out” communications, and more, to keep the guest in the loop and answer questions BEFORE they’re asked. We also provide 24/7/365 concierge-like service, down to “Where can I get tacos at 12:15am?” We can even help guests arrange flowers, gifts, and surprises. Those extras go a long ways towards an exceptional guest experience.
