We automate confirmations, check-in information, day-after check-ins, and check out instructions, which covers a majority of communication (and prevents mistakes). But when a guest needs help, we’re there for them. If a lock fails, or they need concierge-type service, we go above and beyond to help them have the best Airbnb experience in the city.
Listing Development
Guests won’t book your place if it doesn’t grab their attention.
We will stage your property – either using what you have or help you purchase what you need. Then we’ll clean it top to bottom, and get it ready for professional photography. After photography, we’ll organize your photos, pick out the best ones, organize them, and write captions. We’ll write your listing, give it a catchy headline, set up all of the rules, and get it published!
We’ll also create a “house manual” for your place, that’ll give your guests all of the information they need for a great stay, from any operating quirks to your (or our) favorite recommendations in the city.
